WHY LEARN KARATE?

We understand that as a parent you want to be sure that you make the very best choices for your child - and with so many different options available for children's activities these days, it can be difficult to know which to pick! With our children's karate classes, we work hard to ensure we equip our students with skills that they will benefit from for the rest of their lives.

WHAT CAN HYO GEN DO OFFER?

Each student will be able to study karate at their own pace, developing their skills and progressing on their own path towards regular grading assessments enabling them access to tangible rewards from focus and hard work. Our children learn to enjoy exercise, as well as building confidence in their own abilities, through guided karate practice. We are also able to offer a safe and certified environment with continuous access to well-being mentoring, with a particular focus on anti-bullying and safeguarding techniques.

We strongly believe that sports should be accessible for students of all abilities and karate is no exception.

If your child has special educational needs, or is differently-abled, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

"A lovely caring club that is great with children. It really inspires them and shows them how to respect themselves and others. My son has trained here for 3 years and I have seen him grow in confidence. It is also great fun!"
